My name is Jake Pawol, I own Fortitude & Freedom Performance Therapy in Waukee, Iowa. I am an ortho/sports clinic that specializes in barbell athletes. My biggest admin headache is scheduling patients when my wife or part time admin assistance are not at the front desk and answering calls/texts/emails. I wish AI could schedule new patients or returning patients in a more efficient way than what my EMR offers. I also wish I could trust it to answer calls/texts/emails for me when I'm busy working with patients in clinic. Happy to be part of this new group!
