Landing page
Hi guys, I had created a landing page before, but after taking the landing page module, I ended up changing almost the whole page 😄. I think it’s much better now. I know there’s still room for improvement—especially in terms of appearance—but for now, could you please give me feedback on the content? What should I improve or change? Thanks! First Pilot Paying Student!
Great news! I have just converted a pilot 1.0 student into a paying one! Obviously the big discount encouraged him! I have signed him up for a month but my course structure should encourage them into a 2nd and 3rd month! Feels like a big-win. The live sessions are only 1 x 25 minutes per week so there is already lots of asyncronous work in this format and less face-face teaching time for me. First of many I hope!
Losing “Face Time” in my Pilot was the best thing for my Business
I just finished Week 1 of my pilot for English for Spanish-Speaking bitcoin educators. This first week was focused on Baseline and Clarity, and it was a massive reality check. I went in expecting to spend the week in live coaching sessions. Instead, I dealt with "real life": students getting sick, business emergencies, and people simply going quiet. At first, it felt like a failure because I was losing that face-to-face time. But here is the breakthrough: I realized that if my business depends on my students being "perfect" and always showing up, I don't have a business - I have a job that depends on luck. By losing that live time, I was forced to build the "infrastructure" I didn't know I needed: • The Protocol: I created a "No Data, No Coaching" rule. If they don't send their Baseline (a 60-second voice note) by Sunday, the live session doesn't unlock. • The Async Track: I developed a way for busy people to stay in the loop via audio feedback so they don't "fail" the course just because they had a bad week. • The "Paulina" Gem: Most importantly, the system identified a "gem" of a student. She followed the protocol, synced her baseline, and is already seeing the value. She proved the product works; the others proved the onboarding needs to be firmer. The Lesson: A pilot isn't just about testing if you can teach; it’s about testing if your system can survive the chaos of your customers' real lives. I’m walking into Week 2- Precision and Flow- with fewer "live" hours but a much stronger, more resilient business model. If you’re struggling with "no-shows" in your pilot, don't chase them. Use that silence to build a better gate.

I’m In the waiting room
Platform
One of the companies I work for has been using this platform for a while and to be honest I love it! The pricing structure is a bit unclear but the free version seems to include enough to serve as a place for resources and even translate some expressions, and generating homework activities! I am still researching the structure of it and how to integrate it in my own course idea. Anyone else had experience with this tool? https://coda.io/
