Newsletter question
happy Friday, friends! 🙌 we’re thinking about launching a weekly newsletter at X Scale packed with real case studies, quick tactics, behind-the-scenes strategies, and insights from me & my team that don’t always get the chance to post here. but here’s the thing… i know how crowded inboxes get. personally, i’ll subscribe to a newsletter, miss a few weeks during a busy season, and eventually unsubscribe because the value just doesn’t outweigh the inbox clutter. so i’d love your input: from a B2B perspective (different from our usual DTC world), what would make a newsletter worth your time? - would you prefer short, punchy emails with just one key tactic? - or maybe a quick SMS with 2 lines of text and a link to a blog post or video? drop your thoughts in the comments — your feedback might shape how we build this! 👇

Oooh. The sms message is a cool idea. It would almost seem like a special club. I would test that idea for sure. I would prefer short, punchy, super value-packed content. It would need to be especially if someone is texting me, or I'd unsubscribe. I love the idea of case studies. Nothing helps me learn more than real life examples and it also makes it more believable. I always wished someone would create an "over the shoulder, watch me launch and scale" series.
Task Management
What tools are you using for managing your day to day tasks?

EOS Traction. Best framework I have ever used for multiple companies I've built that have done over 100m in revenues. I put it into place in every company I start or buy. And it's not difficult. Not for solo businesses but something you use once you have several leadership members or at least a chief of staff. Software tools: Trello - project management Google docs - Documents Gmail - Email Comm Google Cal - Calendar Slack - Project and misc comm Avoma - Meeting recordings and transcriptions Pipedrive - CRM

@Marlin Gehman You will love it. If you end up trying to implement it, have your team leads read "what the heck is EOS", you can read the reviews online for it. If you self implement and find value I would suggest hiring an implementor after a couple quarters running it. I thought I was doing it perfect but the implementor brought us to another level. Investment is about $8 to $15k. Have fun!

I agree. I see a lot of ppc, influencer, etc agencies but I don't see any "offer focused" agencies. And what's crazy is that sets the standard for how well everything else will do. I do know of one company that makes that their bread and butter but they are branded and put themselves out there as a branding company. But once you get on the phone with them, 90% of their focus and proprietary tools are focusing on your offer. They also have an engagement cost of $150-$250k.
I'm Curious
What is the biggest pain point you're trying to solve for your business today?
