Day 1-3 Shares #AISChallenge
I needed structure and i'm getting that here! Day 1: I built a newsletter on getting US work from home jobs particularly in the health care field. Attached email 3 & 4 Learned: organization is PRIMERO. My other claude ecosystem is a token consuming mess. This folder structure, sub, mds, instructions, etc is amazing. Improved: ORGANIZATION Day 2: Scraped Health care remote jobs (attached) Learned: you can really have the agents do some deep research and firecrawl is amazing but even Claudes scraper was good Case: helped guy in my network scrape spanish speaking skool niche he was interested in. Very fast Day 3: Skill built: Parallel keywords for big tasks Optimization: splits that huge task into actionable keywords I can just put in multiple Claude windows and get it to execute on various model levels depending on the need. Skill md attached Have to ask: 1) Any blindspots? 2) Feedback? Note: Didn't mean to batch this all BUT I didn't realize I had enough likes to finally post....

@Jason Elam thank you! Ahhh so perhaps I can add a shared brief/running md that's connected to the keyword skill....

@Frank van Bokhorst only twice so far but only been on claude for 2-3 months. Didn't happen this last go around so not sure. I don't mind when it happens :) Note it has brought saving tokens front and center this week. So i'm navigating all my gmail api calls over to chat gpt to save on it. Because as long as it has jake-voice, data-bank, and a few other things it will do just find AND I noticed claude just eats tokens when it runs gmail api calls
Be honest, where are you REALLY on your AI journey right now?
Quick pulse check for the community, and be honest, there's no wrong answer here. This group is wild in the best way. We've got people who opened Claude, ChatGPT, Hermes for the first time last week sitting right next to folks running full agent systems for clients. I'm genuinely curious where we all actually are. Vote below, then drop a comment with one of two things: the one thing you're stuck on, or the one win you're most proud of so far. Here's why that matters. The beginners reading this will learn more from your honest comment than from any course, and the rest of us might be able to help you get unstuck. Each one, teach one. Wherever you landed on that list, you're in the right thread. We all started at number one.

I’m still very early in this, but I’ve been trying to actually build instead of just learn. On the personal side, I built a simple website for my kids while they’re home for the summer to help keep them sharp with school, chores, learning, typing, and even a little bit of AI. It’s very much in its infant stage, but it has a Google Form, point tracking, and an html typing game they’ve actually been enjoying. On the work/business side, I’m also building out a dashboard with different Python tools and internal automations. Today I talked to two people in my network about helping with sales manager automations around forms, tracking, follow up, and pipeline visibility, plus another conversation around a possible warehouse management system. Nothing is polished yet, but I’m starting to see how the real value is not just 'building AI stuff,' it’s finding messy real world problems and turning them into simple systems people can actually use.

@Jason Elam appreciate that! Yes it's likely going the dashboard route although i just spoke to a customer service professional in my network today. Fleshing it all out while going through Nate's course. Is really helping me do A-B-C.....
