Hey, all—it's been quite a while since anything was posted in this group. A lot has changed, and Frontier is shifting gears as a result into what I think is going to be a much more potent offering. I've looked back over my own career, which spans everything from ministry to co-founding a very successful startup all the way to working as Fractional Head of Brand & Growth for multiple companies, and found that one thing keeps rising to the top: A desire to lead people back to themselves. I myself have been guilty of ignoring the signs of burnout my body and heart were giving me until it was almost too late. Panic attacks, ringing in the ears, weight gain, and a lingering sense that I just wasn't doing what I was supposed to be doing, all pressed down on me until I decided to start putting myself first in new ways. That's when things really turned around. And that's why Frontier has a new direction. Frontier will now be for founders, operators, and CEOs who are starting to feel disconnected from themselves as a cost of running their business. We'll have a weekly guided meditation every Wednesday at 5:30pm PST (8:30pm EST) to help provide a small, free way for these people to find the road back home to their hearts. I understand if the shift isn't aligned with you and where you're wanting to spend your time and energy. If you need to leave, do so with my blessing and without guilt.
