Mindset is everything, well known concept that I’ve always believed in. If you can’t put your mind in the right state things become exponentially harder, the trials and tribulations will probably wear you down before you even get close to your goals. Education is the key to success, mindset by itself is like a motor without wheels, sure it’ll turn on and create horse power, but without proper channeling the power just goes to waste. So knowing what to spend your energy on and how to multiply your efforts progress becomes painfully slow. Value provided > efforts. You get paid proportionately to the size of the problems you help solve. Nobody really cares if you spent 100 hours on any given problem, what they care about is results, therefore if you can them in 5 minutes, that’s all temporal margin you get back, your customer will still be happy even though you didn’t spend 100 hours on it.
