Hopefully, you also have copies (RECORDS) of some of your FB Posts and be able to get supporting AFFIDAVITS from your FB members declaring how helpful your information has been to their personal lives. I'm not a licensed lawyer and I'm not making any promises or guarantees of success by any means of any proposed administrative process, but with sufficient relevant evidence (RECORDS) to support a valid claim to have your FB group restored by FB to your full satisfaction per your administrative request, we may be able to compose and formulate a legally binding administrative remedy process that can potentially paint FB and the trolling entities (who got you banned) into an inescapable-corner with a legally binding offer (mutually stipulated terms) they can't refuse that will make them fully liable to you to have FB disclose to you the identities/names of the trolling entities that reported your FB group, and to have FB restore your FB account (to your full satisfaction) for the whole world to access, view, and participate in. Or, to have FB and the trolling entities compensate you monetarily (jointly and severally) for their unlawful censorship infringements and violations of your right to create, maintain, operate, and share your informative and interactive FB group with the world. HOT TEA and/or CHICKEN BROTH-SOUP... For body aches, cough, fever, nausea, runny nose, soar throats, and watery eyes... 1) First, heat the water to a hot boil 2) Second, pour the hot water into a coffee cup/mug. 3) Third, combine and hand-mix-stir the freshly squeezed lemon/lime juice with a tablespoon of honey, a teaspoon of finely grated ginger, and a finely grated garlic clove, a half block of a curly-round cinnamon stick bark, and a pinch of pink-salt or sea salt with the boiled water (like a hot tea). 4) Fourth, hover your face and nose over hot steaming cup to breathe in the hot vapors from the hot tea. 5) Fifth, saltine crackers on the side if tolerable. 6) Do the same for a hot chicken broth/soup.
