What are your Flow breakers?
Flow Breaker is anything (thought, feeling, action, environment, reaction, distraction) that breaks your Flow. So, I'm curious, what are the things that currently break your Flow? And how are you dealing with them? Also, feel free to share your experience with your past flow breakers. How did you overcome them? Share your insights, lessons, and strategies below! 👇 🐝🙏💝

@Toms Astahovskis Great question. Right now, the flow breaker I’m most aware of is money.... more specifically, understanding the flow of money and how to attract it in the most simplified way. Why? Because this is the main challenge I see holding people back. Most of my clients... especially men... sacrifice their own health just to make money. And when money stress takes over, it pulls them out of flow in every other area of life. I’m obsessed with finding a way to integrate this into my work: helping people not only transform their bodies and lifestyles, but also shift their mindset around money so they can create both health and financial flow. If I can crack this and teach it in a way that fits naturally with holistic transformation, it won’t just increase my success rate... it’ll make the fulfillment I get from helping others go beyond anything I can imagine.

@Toms Astahovskis I appreciate you, brother...since day one you’ve just gotten it. 🙏🏾 For me, flow is exactly that: letting energy move through you, fully experiencing it without resistance. That’s the essence of everything I do. Right now, what I’m focused on is building a method...a step-by-step system that can serve as a solid foundation blueprint. From there, people can rise, explore, and find their own unique path to level up. Because while our journeys are different, the framework gives everyone a place to start and the confidence to move forward. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom my friend. 💯🙌🏾💪🏾🙏

@Toms Astahovskis definitely. Without that experience or taste of accomplishment followed by failure. I wouldn't know how much my wife really loves me, and how strong a person I am. To be able to let go and get up again. All this moment are just test to get us to our wildest dream.

How can I post as a new member?
You can't... until you provide enough value in the community by commenting on other people's posts, introducing yourself, and engaging in other conversations. @Toms Astahovskis completely agree with you on that Toms. I wish someone would have advice me this when I was just getting started. But I can always make a pivot to a better way. I will definitely look into it and see what's the best thing to do.. I have to say though...that recently, I've been posting a personal welcome post to new members and I find it more personalized and warm than commenting into an introduction post thats already been there for who knows? And not many will see it. I also find members engaging when I ask them to welcome a new member. Perhaps it'll be a lot of work when the community scale up to a bigger number. Curious about your thoughts on this...

@Toms Astahovskis I’ve been thinking a lot about how to keep members more active. Incentives definitely seem like the way to go... ranking systems, gamified levels, unlocking courses or services. I’ve seen bigger communities do this really well, and I know eventually we’ll have to adapt too. For now, though, I think that can come later. It’s not at the top of my to-do list just yet. Right now, my biggest focus is traffic. My conversion rate is already pretty solid. When people land on my About Page, they’re usually already interested in fitness — often because they see my profile first, get curious about my physique, then check out my community. By the time they arrive, they already have a sense of what I’m about, which is why the funnel works. If my profile wasn’t aligned with my business, those visitors wouldn’t convert as well, so I think I’m right that the connection there is key. So the real bottleneck is just getting more people into the funnel. What’s been working best so far is direct outreach: talking to people, joining other communities where my target audience hangs out, breaking the ice, and naturally steering the conversation toward fitness. That’s what brings them in. I just need to do more of it.. consistentl, if I want to grow faster.

Flow hack for extra productivity: 1️⃣ Open up ChatGPT 2️⃣ Put on the microphone 3️⃣ Speak your story out 4️⃣ And once done, press send 5️⃣ Copy the text 6️⃣ Then come back here, paste the text here in comments 7️⃣ Do a bit of formatting, breaking lines, and press enter to send. Yes, speaking is a lot faster than typing. Enjoy. I'm looking forward to hearing your stories. 👇 🐝🙏💝

Hey Tom, thanks for sharing your lovely story. I hope you enjoyed your stay in Japan! And if you’re still looking for a place to hike, Switzerland should definitely be high on your list. Since I’m here, that’s one good reason to visit...I'd be happy to show you around, if you haven’t been yet. I’d also love to share a story with you. When I was a teenager, there were nights when there was no food on the table and everyone around me was struggling just to meet daily needs. I remember one evening, lying on top of an abandoned car in the squatters’ area where I grew up, asking myself how I was ever going to get out of that hole. Even then, I didn’t blame my circumstances. Deep down, I felt in my bones that I would eventually find a way forward..that life had more in store for me. Around that time, while walking in a busy area in Manila, a fortune teller approached me and said I would travel far away and be gone for a long time before returning. Looking back now, at 42, I realize how true that was. I left the Philippines at 19 and have been traveling the world ever since. I’ve lived in Southeast Asia, then the Middle East, and now Europe...moving from country to country, learning, experiencing, and growing. My next dream is to work fully online and maybe move to South America to continue this journey. At the heart of it all, my purpose has always been simple: to experience life fully, to learn, and to keep growing through every step of the journey. 💙
