This Week’s Mini-Challenge: The 4 Pillars
Right then β€” time to give the new NTCZ pillars you may have seen me banging on about on socials a run-out. Nothing heavy, just a week of testing them in real life. Here’s the plan: - Discipline: Pick one small non-negotiable (press-ups, daily walk, water, whatever). Do it every day. - Honesty: Track one thing truthfully or spend some time digging into your excuses. |We often kid ourselves, and this can scupper all plans around change. - Struggle: Once this week, choose the harder option (finish the workout, park further away than needed and walk, skip snooze, grab that cold shower ❄️). - Fitness: Commit to 3 movement sessions this week. Doesn’t matter what they are; just get them done. Drop yours below, then check back at the end of the week to let us know how you got on. No prizes, no leaderboard β€” just a quick way to start living the pillars, not just reading about them.

Really like this! Mine are: Discipline: 3 litres of water per day Honesty: tracking food on myfitnesspal (habits drifted over summer holidays) Struggle: will look for opportunity for this one Fitness: 2 home workouts and a long walk

I’m going to a spa soon (excited! 🀩)there they have big whiskey barrels full of icy cold water (horrible!) you have to sit in them up to your neck! would normally walk straight past anything like that but thinking as a challenge should I do it?? 😱πŸ₯Άβ„️

@Spencer Timson thanks Spence. I found them really helpful for better hydration after illness and always forget to add them in during heatwaves but I’ll do that today and see how I am! πŸ™πŸ»
