Birth advice
If you've given birth before, what advice would you share to expecting mothers from your experience? My advice~assign someone to make or order you a hot and nutritious meal in the immediate postpartum period. You will not know you are famished until you are asked or brought food. I had warm Thai curry both times after giving birth. They were the best meals of my life.

I have some Tom Yum Gai in the freezer at the ready. I also have tons of broth… no more room in the freezer. Thanks for the suggestion!

Big on supplementation at our house. These are the ones that are pregnancy related. I really like the prenatal, I can tell when I skip.
SNACKS
What are your go-to pregnancy foods or snacks that help you feel energized and nourished throughout the day? Any nutritious meals you’ve found particularly satisfying or helpful? Check out the nourishment section and review the Nutrient Dense Snacks section for more ideas.

I keep beef jerky sticks on hand for those cravings and gives me protein. I also love raw cheese and milk as a little midday snack. Third fav is a smoothie, in third trimester added date. Collagen powder, raw milk, dates and some frozen fruit. It’s yummy!
