Yesterday, I felt very irritated and grumpy at times. After dancing for an hour, I felt grounded, peaceful, and happy. Today, I am doing well and remembering to be flexible and to be present, take breaks from screens and go outside. Today is also the first snow day of the year. Watching snowfall and giving gratitude for the moisture , warmth, and to watch my kids play in the snow, feels like a precious gift. For my self care, I am baking, enjoying homemade soup, and being creative (knitting and reading).
