Good afternoon, I submitted a quote for our home improvement division Monday of this week. The customer seemed very eager to get the job finished when I spoke with them last week in person and over the weekend via phone. The customer has looked at the quote but has not responded. My question is, how do you follow up with a potential customer without using the tacky and overused phrases? For example, “How’s it going, just wanted to check in with you” or “Hello, just wanted to see if you had a chance to review the quote”.
