Wanted to wish everybody a happy Easter holiday I assume everybody’s gonna be enjoying their family time this week so we will start the live sessions again next weekend. I’ve had a few few request requests and questions. Can’t wait to answer More. Go ahead and drop any questions you might have in here. Have a couple drills to talk about as well

What's up, hope everyone's having a good Easter weekend. Excited for the next call. We started running Colt/Cobra for the first time last week in more than just 2v2 Pods type work, we started doing 1/2 line and Team. Very pleased with our starting point, but did run in to an issue against a 5-0-5/4i-0-4i front with 30 LBs (I'm attaching video clips). Looking forward to see what Codutti has to say, but if anyone wants to chime in throughout the week, please do. Love hearing thoughts from everyone. In the clips you will see. We are running Colt in both clips. Our B-Back is blocking the "Mike" (Force player outside LB). The LT and LG are comboing the 5-Tech DE to the 30 LB. The Center and RG (Ghost RG in our 1/2 line) are comboing to the backside 30 LB. If our LG is able to overtake the 5-tech and the 30 LB shoots the gap, we have no one to pick him up because the C is looking for the BS LB. If running Colt/Cobra, what is the answer? We like the idea of the two thick doubles vs. this front, but the run through would create too many negative plays. 1. First thought was if we are seeing this, adjust and run Cleveland/Carolina and have LT/LG to Mike and C/RG to the PS LB or Cleveland/Carolina BAM and get LT/LG to Mike and C/RG can still be thick on the Nose. 2. Second thought was are the combos better thought as working to Gaps, than specific players. So we set the Mike, know the B-Back has him, the rest of the Combos are just between players based on Covered/Uncovered, but they don't combo to a specific player, just to their responsibility-their playside gap. If the LT/LG get a reach on the 5 and the LG overtakes, LT just climbs to first defender that shows. Same with C-RG and in these cases the C would be coming off on the 30 LB. This seems like we should just go Cleveland/Carolina to get this instead of teaching it that way. Looking forward to hearing thoughts.

When in Florida or Texas Pro and you have a TE and B to the playside on Colt/Cobra who is primarily responsible for the “Mike”, the B or the TE. I would assume they could combo, but if they aren’t combining to him, who has him?

So similar to no TE. The B has the Mike. If the TE/EMOL can’t combo with the next lineman inside because they’re, they can combo with the B back? A couple follow ups: 1. If you were to call Cobra Slice there, the TE would know they have to take that combo to the Mike because the B would be slicing? So TE/OL have to be aware of Slice call on Cobra? 2. If you want to build a really solid wall there by TE/B 4 call combo to Mike, tackle-guard 2 call combo 3-tech to next LB inside, center BSG uno call combo nose; would you have to tag that something or would you just communicate on the sideline/gameplan, “we’re getting this, this is how we can the combo calls to go if possible?”
Sunday March 1st
We’re going live again March 1st at 4:00 PM Central. I’ve had a lot of great questions come in lately, so let’s open it up and talk ball. Drop your questions in this thread so we can hit them live. Also looking forward to welcoming some new guys into the group. If you’re new, jump in here and introduce yourself. Let’s make it a good one.

1. It's Day 1 Install, Wide Zone is brand new for the program. How are you starting your install? Are you separating Cleveland/Carolina and Colt/Cobra so they can focus on one at a time? Or are you installing Cleveland/Carolina and Colt/Cobra on Day 1 so they are used to being aware of the entire concept? 2. If you are separating Cleveland/Carolina and Colt/Cobra, which are you starting with?

Also have questions about installing, teaching and practicing the combos between the FB and the offensive line. 1. When do you install it? 2. Is it always tagged for a specific lineman with the FB or does the front determine which lineman. In either case, who’s making the combo call?
LIVE SUNDAY
We’re going LIVE this Sunday at 3PM Central. We’re going to talk ball, break down some details that’ll help you right away, and I’ll answer questions live. If you’ve been wanting clarity on installs, adjustments, or just how we’re thinking about things right now… this is the one to jump on. No fluff. Just real football. If you’re coming, reply below so I know who’s in. See you Sunday at 3.

We will base out of 21 22 personnel, don’t have many WRs this year. When a TEs in the game, do the OL combos start with the TE or the PS Tackle? Is the TE making the “5” or “6” call or is he potentially setting the first combo based on the look?
Communication
Big question I have going through most of this is the communication. How are your guys communicating Combos upfront? For example, in the attached pictures, who is Comboing and who they are Comboing to would change based on the "Tag" correct? Who makes what calls in these situations?
