Excited to share that I sold my first automation after working with a client for over 2 months with refining requirements, design, and my learning/troubleshooting n8n and Google Apps Script on the fly. The solution was focused on automating the intake process that includes populating CRM, Google Drive file/folder manipulation, Google Apps Script, Supabase, AI Agent, and and Gmail. So i was not posting actually i was on the task and today it is almost completed. I have made AI receptionist Project obviously it is dummy means my personal project not for any client but as i said i will never stop until i win, Features: - It can attend call and speak in multiple languages> - Record in CRM> - Handle clients Politely using database> - Book appointments> - Even Play CRUD on CRM> It is not still working very fine because it costs money for LLMS and Calls attending so yeah i have almost completed it and i hope it will worth. Quick Question: How this will increase the and help Real Estate businesses and also tell that which are the other businesses as well it can be implemented there?

I don’t know about any of you, but I always struggle with the vast array of tools and software that’s all over the place - going to different tabs, minimising and maximising apps, some stuff in repositories, some in dbs, etc etc and just the sheer messiness of the virtual workspace that is software engineering. I have hunted for over a year for anything that would give a nice cohesive unified work environment. There are some bitsa apps that start to address it but nothing cohesive. So I built my own 🙂 Last night I finished the MVP for DevSpace - the first (that I know of anyway) fully unified infinite canvas virtual desk for design & software development. It’s managed and overseen by an AI assistant, use choose with api key input and measureable counters, with chat prompt function. Finally your AI can ‘see’ what you see as you are seeing it. In real time. No more explaining and screenshots and charges to point to what you want lol. Like it’s right in there and can actively assess and create with you, as you do. You can pin all of your apps in DevSpace, code snippets, design Ui with the graphic tools, connect apps, scribble on them, add post-its to them and spread them out on the ‘floor’ of the canvas for as far as you want with the infinite space. It’s built on electron, next.js, tailwind. I’m using supabase and GitHub in the back at the moment. It’s still in testing but I’m hoping to launch it proper in December. I love it already. ☺️

Hey everyone, I wanted to share something I have been working on for close to a month now. Since building with AI I have been obsessed with one thing, driving AI Adoption in all industries forward by creating robust, complex AI systems that solve the entire landscape of a businesses or an avatar's problem. And the way that I have discovered to do this is by what I call Algorithmic AI System Building. A super fancy name for essentially just building equations that represent business decisions and putting key AI agents in place that act as "Interpreters" for populating these equations with variables, and letting the output of the equations make the decision on the businesses behalf.
