Every lawn care company has hundreds of before and after photos sitting dead in their camera roll. The photos are there, the proof is there, but it never becomes the post because writing captions and formatting everything takes too long when you've got jobs to run. I built a system that turns those photos into a fully staged Instagram post in one tap. No app to pay for, no code, no software subscription. It runs on a free shortcut that's already on your iPhone and the Claude app. You take the photo on the job, tap the shortcut, and it handles the caption, the before/after image combo, and stages it straight to Instagram.
