You are not your customer. This is the biggest mistake blue-collar content creators make. Example-You cannot act as the hero (or someone special) in your content. Instead, create content that positions the viewer as the hero. When you provide actionable information someone can use in their home, they will connect with the content. This makes them feel like the hero when they fix the hole in the wall perfectly because your video showed them how easy it is to succeed, rather than showcasing your own greatness.
