Shame speaks in lies. Maybe you've heard them this week: "you'll never change," "you're too far gone," "nobody else struggles like this." Here's the truth: those voices don't get the final word. God's Word does. "We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." — 2 Corinthians 10:5 So here's my question: what lie tried to take hold of you this week, and what truth did you answer it with? A sentence or two is enough — keep it honest, not exposing. Every time you answer a lie with truth, that's the battle being won. Keep fighting, brother. What lie did you meet with truth this week?

Sometimes the hardest battles aren't the ones people can see. Many of us focus on changing our habits, but the deeper question is: What is the wound underneath the struggle? Maybe it's fear. Maybe it's shame. Maybe it's feeling rejected, alone, or not enough. Maybe it's a pattern you've been trying to break for years but haven't understood where it started. Healing begins when we stop hiding and become honest about what we need to work through. So I want to ask: What is one area of your life where you are asking God for healing, growth, or freedom right now? You don't have to share anything you’re not comfortable sharing. Even a simple word or a small reflection can encourage someone else who may be walking through something similar. We don’t have to walk this journey alone.
