Let’s change that with a WEEK OF CONSISTENCY! 🔥 I am not a fan of every day running, BUT I find it very beneficial when you struggle with showing up and good with finding excuses. 👉START : 15 Jan. Wednesday LEVEL 1 – For Beginners 💪 Run 7 days out of 7 this week.📏 Minimum distance: 3 km per run.✨ Keep it easy—just focus on showing up! LEVEL 2 – For Daily Runners 🏆 I know we have members who run every day. Time to level up! Add 1 interval session to your week:⚡ Example for this week: 2 min FAST / 3 min SLOW x 6 rounds.
