Bio: I am a stay home wife. I have two great kids they are adults now. My daughter is 26 and my son is 23. I have a wonderful loving husband.

Bio: I am from Texas and am 54. I work a lot of hours and spend a lot of time commuting, so I'm excited to find a workout that can be done in 15 minutes.
