What do you do for work and how does it affect your travel?
I am currently a remote software developer and even though I work a full time job, being able to work remote while traveling has allowed me to continue traveling while making money. However, sometimes the time zone differences can make it more difficult. What other jobs do you have, or have had and how do they they support or hinder your ability to travel?

@Lary Neron Amazing photos, the cycling one looks so cool. Yeah Spain is a dream country for me. I love Mexico and plan to stay here for a while but in a year or two I can totally see myself spending time living over there

What was it like to move abroad?
If you have moved abroad what was your experience like? Was it hard? Was there anything you were worried about before making the move? If you had to get a visa what was the process like. For me both times I found the exprience easier than I expected and I'm interested to hear if other felt the same. If so maybe it can help break down some of the mental barriers people have in regards to moving abroad

@Yi Liu That makes sense, the UK is a really amazing country, to me there is something about where people truly feel unique and so many people from around the world move there to escape their old lives. So you find a lot of people with passion. Best of luck with your Visa

@Kristen Delugar Wow, yeah that’s honestly very impressive that you did that with a child. I’m glad to have you in the community because your insight will be invaluable for people with children. I can’t imagine my move to Mexico with children so props to you for taking that leap. It’s inspiring
Is Fear a Factor?
When I speak to people close to me from back home I often sense some type of fear in them when talking about traveling or moving abroad. Its commonly things such as, "that place is too dangerous" or "i don't know the language". Even things as simple as "I wouldn't have enough money". As you can guess there are even more doubts when it comes to moving. What has helped you to over come fears, and if you haven't overcome them what are you biggest fears and where do they come from?
Welcome New Members! What's Holding You Back?
Hey everyone, I'm super excited to see all the people joining the community. My question for you is what do you feel hold you back the most from traveling more often? I would love to hear even more about your struggles in the comments

Free time is one of the hardest things to change, as in a way its often linked money. Although not always, as for some its family or other obligations that create a lack of free time. I find the best way to improve this for myself was prioritization and making small changes over time. For example, I found that there were certain activities such as sports where I found traveling was more important to me and I was willing to forego some time there to make more room for traveling. When it comes to family or job related, I find that slowly making steps towards financial freedom whether through your own business, a different job, or side hustle freeing up your time from the job or having more money to be able to take your family with you during the traveling can make it much easier. Hope this helps
