Been in the PPL space for a bit and now I want to start brokering PPC traffic. I have two potential buyers for debt relief / debt consolidation. I am going to hop on a call with them, but I am curious how to approach getting the highest payouts possible and what the right questions to ask are. Also wondering how much publishers are seeing for cost per call. Any help in this would be appreciated.
