I don't see the poll but I practice conscious connected breathwork about 6 days a week, it's the best medicine i've found for self-regulation and raising my vibration. The hardest thing is days when i struggle to get fully into my breath and don't feel i have the energy/strength to fully breathe through that internal resistance to life. Having a weekly group or some kind of access regularly would be awesome. 🙏
