Afternoon all 👋🏼 The last 2 weeks have been really tough, and to tell the truth I’ve had some personal things I’ve had to make priority, hence why I have been quiet on here. A Personal Favorite Of Mine Which You Can Try. 💥 Old-School Chest + Back Builder (Barbell Pullover)
Morning Ladies and Gents. Here’s a classic move you don’t see much of these days, the Barbell Pullover. 👉 Works both chest and back in one exercise 👉 Great finisher on an upper body day 👉 Perfect for building strength with just a light bar How to do it: • Keep a slight bend in your elbows • Lower the bar behind your head with control (feel that stretch) • Pull it back over your chest and squeeze at the top Try 3 sets of 10–12 reps, start light, and focus on slow, controlled form. 💭 Give this a go this week and let me know in the comments how it feels — accountability is key. Morning team! 🚀 Day 1 is here. Today we’re starting simple — remember the 3 shifts: Movement (20 mins): I want you to do this short routine (bodyweight, no equipment): - 20 bodyweight squats - 10 push-ups (can do on knees) - 20 mountain climbers - 30-second plank➡️ Repeat for 3 rounds at your own pace Mindset (2 mins) Sit down, close your eyes, and take 20 deep breaths (4 seconds in, 4 seconds out). Prompt to think about: What’s one thing I’m grateful for this morning? Money Move (1 small win) Check your subscriptions — cancel or downgrade just one you don’t really use.
