70% Conversions for the Community - Shoutout
Shoutout to this wonderful man, Ritam, for some incredible results. 🤩🔥 --- I woke up to this message on Monday and couldn't wait to share. (BIG LESSONS IN THE END) If you do not know Ritam, he is an Authentic Tantra teacher building an online home for all practitioners. When Ritam launched ATC (Authentic Tantra Community), he was struggling to get more people enrolled. Ritam hosts offline meetups and retreats for new people, so he started sharing links at the end of the event. But everything turned out a bit disappointing. Even after all the effort, no one joined. From a full retreat, he saw only one person signing up for the group. "I am disappointed with the current state of my community. I was hoping that it would be better," I remember him saying it. Soon after this conversation, we had another call, and we devised some “heart-centered sales strategies.” 🚀 One of the methods I shared in the call was “Seeding.” It is a very powerful technique that I learned from my mentor Blair Singer (Rich dad advisor of Robert T Kiyosaki of Rich Dad Poor Dad book). Seeding is a method of encouraging people to take a desired action without being pushy or annoying. We do it by sprinkling the call to action in subtle ways during our educational programs, such as retreats, webinars, or live workshops. Fast forward to another month. Ritam hosted another retreat and implemented the strategies we shared. On Monday, I received this message: He went from near 0 to 70% conversion within one month. To be honest, I expected the results to be around 50%... but 70% is MASSIVE. 🚀 Here are some lessons for you if you are struggling to grow your community. - Host regular events to attract new customers. - Offer products, not community. - Use Seeding to create a persuasive sales environment without being pushy or annoying.
