Destination- become a full time closer with income that can substitute my current job Right now- depended on 9/5 job. Focused on learning sales and completing the course Action based goal: Successfully finish the course and expend my knowledge in sales. Work daily on myself and learn how apply the knowledge I got in calls by doing role plays and reviewing them. Reword: Having a dreamed home based job that allows me to not only learn valuable skill but also reach financial freedom. Punishment: staying stuck and 9/5. Not following my dreams .

@Wassim B. Monzer great question! There are few reasons why. Firstly it doesn’t give me the location freedom and as I mentioned in my goals I’m looking forward to moving back to my home country and being next to my family. Secondly, I don’t see many options for promotion and development, even if I perform better than others and put more effort I’m not getting higher rewords. I believe developing skill of sales and becoming a closer is more rewording and would help me achieve my goals.

For me it would be, 1.Growth since I’m hungry to learn new skills that will build my career and allow me to reach my goals 2. Uncertainty because I want to explore the world and push myself to try things I never did

Move back to my home country (Poland) I left after graduating high school and live in nice apartment. After some time build my own house close to my family. Travel the world and experience as many different activities as possible while learning new cultures and meeting ambitious people. Build a strong investment portfolio.
