I am aware that going live is a part of how the group is nurtured and I also remember Aaron mentioning that there was a training on the type of content etc required to nurture the group. Can anyone point me in that direction please? Would love to consume that one too. Thanks. J.

How would all of this work if I'm a hotel and what I want for a customer are reservations? For clarity, I'm having trrouble re-imagining "the offer"... and the problem that is beiing solved and certainly aren't able to put that into 9 steps. What's the MDM? Not sure why my brain is stuck, but it is.

If you already have FB groups and other groups of people in various places but have not systematically nurtured them the way we are shown here: NEW! A-Z Look At Our Entire High Ticket Strategy Does it make any sense to promote the "new community" directly to those in the FB groups, etc already? Or should the focus strictly be a lead magnet and reminders that going live in the new location is happening and let the rest take care of themselves? Also, does it ever make any sense to shut down the FB group or other groups, etc?
