To the prompt's 👇 “I need to be certain before I can relax.” Tell me, sound familiar? This is one of the most common hidden prompts I see in my clients, friends, families, and others, and I have experienced myself. It quietly drives anxiety, overthinking, and the constant need to control situations before you can feel okay. The Re-Prompt this week: “I can feel uncertain and still be okay.” Try saying that to yourself the next time your brain starts scanning for certainty. Not to force positivity — but to give your nervous system a different instruction. Put into practice, like an exercise, every day in the morning before going out for work in the car, or have that coffee or tea once a day for 5 seconds, and repeat every day. Rewrite the instructions and change the system.
