Brrr it is cold this week 🥶 it is so much easier to stay in your jammies and keep on with your day, however, I'm going to encourage you to rip the band aid off and do the thing you've been procrastinating to do. It 1) usually feels good once you get it out of the way, and 2) is usually the antidote to us not wanting to do it. We build confidence in ourselves when we repeated to difficult (or at least, not easy) things repeatedly. Start with a small scary, like planning a week's menu, or scheduling your workout days, then follow the plan unwaveringly. You know what you planned is good for you and you planned it out so you have time to do. And you have the support! Now get after it, pt the plan into action, and watch yourself change over time. One day you'll look back and think "huh, I've come a long way" and recognize all the trials and growth you've gone through.
