Hello everyone , I am a bilingual college mom looking to find a remote job. I started my career in solar construction and worked my way into management, where I was responsible for project timelines, budgets, team performance, and customer communication. From there, I moved into residential project management, coordinating at least 200 homes across the Houston and Dallas markets. Most recently, I've worked in solar project coordination and property management, so I've developed a pretty broad background in managing people, vendors, customers, and multiple projects simultaneously. One thing I've learned throughout my career is that I really enjoy taking a project from the planning stage through completion and making sure everyone stays aligned. That's what I'm hoping to continue doing in my next role.
