Gym split
I'm starting the gym next week but unfortunately i can only go 3x a week because of time. 1st of all the way you summarised the days of the split are bs, second you wont grow overnight like a balloon and get β€œslower” or have β€œless endurance” or anything like that. I can almost assure you, you already have bad/average endurance or stamina or anything else because as you said you don't even train anything. If you want to achieve something then you should train that thing specifically such as lets say stamina-you do activities that challenge it such as running or activity that pushes you beyond what you are already comfortably capable of doing (gym also does that); lets say strength - you lift weights with the intention of hypertrophy, it goes like that for everything and no its not like a lightswitch β€œyou train one thing but for the cost of the other” it doesn't work like that. If you have any questions i can explain them more deeply and in terms of split the only split you can basically do for 3days is full body which i can make for you

Does anyone use creatine or protein powder and would you suggest it ?
I am thinking about starting to use creatine or protein powder for its positive effects but just wondering whether anyone has had bad experiences or would suggest not to.

@Shajeen Islam no, you cant possibly go β€œoverkill” with these things neither with protein or creatine. Your body would simply throw out the excess protein and on the creatine part, idk if you can even overdose, some people take 30g daily if you take more same thing would happen as if with protein

@Shajeen Islam i mean yea, you can connect the dots. If they have more protein intake then they eat more so of course they would feel more bloated if they eat way more, and of course they would go to the toilet more because as i said the body will throw out the unneeded stuff. But that whole thing isnt really an issue. It is generally better for them as you mentioned to take as much as possible, ive seen people say creatine has benefits even as taken up to 30g a day and protein you can take as much as possible to make sure you hit your needs
Low taper?
Really really thinking if i should do a low taper or keep it natural

Another option would be to keep the back and do a modern mullet. Im not 100% sure about both of them tho
Hair routine
I don't really trust people's routine in Tiktok especially, and I trust MANTRA so I decided to upload my routine... Please recommend anything if possible or any changes. I am a very active person so I shower 1 or 2 times a day. (I sweat a lot) !!My hair is short!! (I think 2-3 cm) I wake up and take a look at my hair, if I see it having natural shine, soft touch and nice volume I leave it there. If not I spray water and add a little gel and try to form waves with my hands. But sometimes I do switch the gel with a serum that has SPF, It's very hot in Egypt. If I shower, I wet my hair, wash gently with my hands and then add a leave in conditioner and comb that to my style and add gel if needed. Some notes : 1- I add conditioner to my hair whenever I feel it needs it. 2- I use shampoo based on my scalp's feeling not a specific day. 3- My hair's porosity is medium The products I use are kind of locally but you can check them out and tell me if I change anything Shampoo : Bobana's Hydration Shampoo Conditioner : Bobana's Hydration Conditioner Leave in conditioner : you guessed it! Bobana's hydration leave in conditioner.? I use their gel aswell with medium hold. They are pretty much amazing for my hair especially their low sulfate shampoo but you can rate them.

If your hair is that short most of the products you use are probably unnecessary such as conditioner and especially the leave in. If it works for you, alright
