Shapeshift
Its been around 4 months and a half since i joined. Thanks to you all i started taking care of my hair and overall hygiene way more, so thanks. Here are pictures of since when i joined and now, its night and day. I plan on growing it out a lot longer tho, like double or triple the length so its a long journey.

Frizz
Any suggestions to remove like near ALL the frizz. I know its natural to have some but i think the hair looks sooo much better without any, tips on what to do? I already use conditioner and pat dry, ive got jojoba oil and i heard oils can help with that but i have no clue how to use them or if that oil is even good or if there are more and better things to do about it (my hair is 3 inches)

@James OHara ye im getting the john frieda one, i was just planning to replace my current conditioner with garnier hair food one, i will just check onto which specifically

@James OHara another thing i wanted to ask, when you do use your leave in, every day after shower or after shampoo days. And it should be used on damp hair before all styling products right? Id imagine it to be used like i use my sea salt spray aka around 4 sprays in my hand and scrunch it all over my hair. After its applied does it need some time to set or can you just apply other stuff immediately
Cleanser and moisturiser
Any cleanser and moisturiser suggestions? Also you pretty much need just those things for a good face routine right? And When should they be used and how often? Also what does the cleanser do
Facial asymmetry
So recently I took a picture of my face with my back camera out of curiosity to see how symmetrical it was. My right side is extremely flat probably because I mainly sleep on that side and chew on that side. What are some legit ways that can fix this and how long will it take.

I can help you with that. First of all it is important to fix bad habits if you have them such as chewing only on 1 side or incorrect tongue posture. Sleeping on 1 side doesn’t really matter and its generally healthier than sleeping on your back. Second- The most important overall thing is to de bloat your face or remove all facial fat, that is done by lowering sodium, increasing potassium and water intake. Also important thing to note is if your bone structure is set that way it cant be changed much tho these tips would help (i’ve been there so i can relate). Another thing to note is if you are still a minor it would generally be impossible to get rid of face puffiness.

@Evan Sisco you cant change bone structure tho the stuff i said above help, angles and light also play role in how unsymmetrical your face looks on camera

Worst thing is it grows too slow, ive been waiting like 5 months and its only 3 inches and i want it double the length or more than that
