As a brand new Etsy shop owner, things can feel pretty overwhelming. I carefully considered many coaches before deciding on Courtney. She checks all the boxes. She is patient, always available and most of all she explains things in ways I can understand. I am already seeing huge improvements in my shop after working with Courtney for less than a month. She points out "small things" that are actually really big things. Thank you Courtney! I can't wait to see where this journey will take me!
