Today was a burger 🍔 day. These buns are so soft and fluffy! Recipe available in bread classroom. If you haven’t made bread yet, start with something very easy until you understand how to work with the dough. This one is brioche dough, it is quite hydrated so it is bit sticky to work with. But well worth it 🤤
