Assuming you lived close enough to work and so could take the kids to school. Would you rent out your car? Or if it had a monthly car payment, would you consider selling it and getting an e-bike? If you are already living in a house and so isn't willing to house hack, would you rent out your backyard for parties, your pool or BBQ area? Why or why not?
