@Marge A So true Marge, we are seeing this daily as a school manager with communications with parents. They respond better to the 'personal' touch. We are thinking of creating AI 'templates' for routine responses, where the overall outline , greeting etc. are standardised and branded with space for contextual and personal info embedded. Any best practices in this regard?
