@Ivan Mejia When assisting a client who wants to lease/rent, here are a few suggestions. 1. Send them the link to your mobile app. They can search properties for lease / rent there. 2. Advise them to notify you through the app if they find something that interest them 3. When they find something and notify you, reach out to the agent that has the lease / rent listing and inquire on what they need from your client to start the process.
