The answer is always #3 BOTH, because there isn't a one size fits all answer View the difference between short form and long form video as the difference in trust being built Because at the end of the day you are making content to build trust with your audience. Think of it this way: First Base: Short form (they get to know you at a surface level, but do not get intimate time with you) Second Base: Long Form (they now get to know you more and get more intimate time, it feels like the video was made for them so its closer to 1 on 1 intimate time together Third Base: Email/DM/Community (they now get to literally message back and forth with you, ultimate trust builder because they now see you are real and knowledgable, very intimate 1 on 1 time) Home Base: Sale being made (they now are paying you for more access and have built up enough trust to buy from you, this is the end goal of educational content especially if you are wanting coaching clients as a calisthenics teacher) Find a way to involve all of these steps into your process so your viewer has multiple access points and can build that relationship with you In the beginning I would start with the platforms you are strongest at and do it at the frequency that will make it challenging for you but not overwhelming. The best posting schedule/strategy is the one you can actually stick to. So if you can only post once a week long form style, then start there. Then once you have that format down and systemized and consistent, then you can start building the next one. It's like building new habits. It is overwhelming to do everything all at once, but if you can start simple with one habit, then you can stack another on top when you feel strong enough. And then finally, you are running out of content ideas because you are not talking to the people that need your help enough, when you do have those conversations with the intention of finding problems to solve, then you will have an unlimited amount of things to talk about because these people will tell you their problems, then you can solve it with your videos.
