Hey fellow Builders!
Hey, my name is Sam. I own multiple businesses outside of the tech industry. I have always had the entrepreneurial mind set. I grew up with no technology until I was a teenager now 25. I used chatGPT for the first time this year. In the last 70 days or so I started an AI Agency and SaaS Company. My goals is to continue to grow as a builder and to help others do the same! So grateful to be here with all of these amazing minds!

@David Iya 🙌🏻 Yes, I loved my analog childhood and technology has grown rapidly and changed every year of my life since the internet age. In high school I went to libraries to research things, we had encyclopedias at our house, and internet was dial-up AOL. @Samuel Kern Do you think not having tech tools helped you build authentic intelligence in ways that made learning tech no big deal when you started using it?

@David Iya 🙌🏻 yes! I might not be bringing the encyclopedias to my house but we do have lots of books. And, I do limit tech stuff for my kids.
Regarding Friday's Game Night
I'm tallying up answers from Never Have I Ever 🎡 Winner Gets a 24 hr Pinned Post! If you haven't revealed your answers, please do so! If you haven't voted, go vote on any answers that haven't been revealed! Some people still haven't confessed and the suspense is killing me. Also rereading through everyone's is absolutely hilarious, you all are wild. 😂 Current Leaderboard (with only 21/38 reveals): - @Tim Stewart is currently leading with 14 points - @Iris Ocariza and @Barbi Wiest are currently tied at 13 points Wild Confessions So Far: - Someone made out in the CEO's office - Someone stayed awake 51 hours straight - Someone broke into the WRONG HOUSE to repo a TV - Someone put a person in a body bag (at hospital night shift) - Someone's been married 3 times (41 years with current spouse though!)

@David Iya 🤣 I love the confessions. And I think it’s easier to spot my lies because most of them are all true but with just a slight twist. I’m not good at lying 🤣… This reminds me of middle school in the wholesome, fun ways. Thanks for pulling out the fun things to make my life less crazy.
Never Have I Ever: It's Time to Confess! 🤹🏾‍♂️🏂
Time to reveal your truths everyone!!! Friday night we played Never Have I Ever and I said the winner gets a 24 hr pinned post of their businesses or skool. This was the most fun yet. Such a wild group. First off: you all are SO FUNNY and interesting! 😂 I'm always amazed by everyone here. The stories in the comments had me laughing all night. Some of you have lived entire lifetimes. Some of you are genuine adrenaline junkies, and others have never even gotten a speeding ticket. The spectrum of chaos in here is unmatched. I love these games because I get to know all of you better every time. ♥️ ALSO plot twist: I played my own game wrong. (Sleep deprivation strikes again) My wife, and @Gareth Parkes reminded me that UP is a Pixar movie, and I absolutely cried during the opening scene. 🤧😪 So, I actually had 4 truths and only 1 lie: 1. ✅ Should've been LIE - I HAVE cried during Pixar 2. ✅ TRUE - I have been snowboarding in Aspen 3. ✅ TRUE - I have texted "omw" when I hadn't left 4. ❌ LIE - I have not pretended WiFi was bad (my only actual lie) 5. ✅ TRUE - I have definitely pretended to know songs when everyone was singing So, anyone that guessed 1 or 4 will get an extra point for my questions. 😂 NOW IT'S YOUR TURN - DROP YOUR REVEALS BELOW! 👇 ⚠️ Note: I also realized that some people played the game backwards. If you did then please type "BACKWARDS" so I can take that into account when I'm tallying up everyone's points for this. 🫶🏾

✅ TRUE — I have hid in the bathroom from my kids. I think all moms do this sometimes. ✅ TRUE — I documented my dog IRL at a baseball game… it was a dog night and she was a tad stressed but did so well. ✅ TRUE — I snorkled in Mexico with turtles while “holding my nose”. ❌ FALSE — I have NOT gotten a tattoo and hid it from parents. I did get my belly button pierced at 18 with my best friend and hid that though. ❌ I was newly pregnant and we did not travel but I could have stayed in Tuscany for just the airfare cost due to some friends having a super generous boss.

@Iris Ocariza Yes! So fun. No video of the snorkeling but I do have a photo somewhere of us in the cenote I need to find. I have a short video on my dog’s Instagram channel… @birdiemaedoodle https://www.instagram.com/reel/DMg0OJeOX8v/?igsh=MW90bzdhMzhhanljaw==
Friday Night Fun: Never Have I Ever 🎡 Winner Gets a 24 hr Pinned Post!!
If you're new to the Business Builders Club, you'll quickly learn that we work hard play hard. Previously we played Two Truths and One Lie and last week we had our first Friday Talent Show. 🕺🏾 Tonight it's a new game and an even bigger prize. For the very first time I'll be giving a 24hr pinned post away of your business or Skool! 📣 HERE'S HOW THIS WORKS: 📣 1) Post 5 "Never Have I Ever" statements below 2) Three must be TRUE (you've actually never done them) 3) Two of them must be LIES (you've totally done them before) 4) Everyone guesses which 2 statements are lies. ⚠️ Note: NO ONE REVEAL their lies until Sunday!!! TWO WINNERS: 1) Most correct guesses will choose between a 24 hr pinned post or premium for free for 1 month. 2) The person who guesses on the most people's post will get the prize that the winner doesn't accept. Note: The weirder, the funnier, the better may get you extra points. 😎 Also: the winner of our most recent Friday Talent Show will be announced tomorrow. If you haven't voted yet, now is your chance! 🚨 Reminder: Premium/VIP prices will remain 55% off until tomorrow then increase forever. DROP YOUR "NEVER HAVE I EVERS" BELOW! Let's see who's been living on the edge. 🎢👇

What Was Your First Job? 💼
I love hearing people's first jobs. Usually, it's so far from where they are now. Sometimes it caused a pivot in their life. Sometimes it was the beginning of a new adventure. What was your very first job? Or first few? And here's the real question: What did your first few jobs teach you that you still use today? Mine was at Hollister folding clothes and pretending the dimly lit store wasn't making me nauseous from the cologne. After that, since I was living in Florida, I became a pool boy, which sounds way cooler than it was. Mostly just long days in the Florida heat - skimming, scrubbing, hauling chlorine buckets, and hoping I didn't get another sunburn. (yes, I can get sunburnt lol) I also worked in the actual pool supply store filling up chlorine jugs, and I bleached more pairs of shoes than I can count. Looking back, as unglamorous as they were. I learned more from those jobs than I realized at the time. For me? Mine taught me patience, and attention to detail. How to read people and adjust based on who I'm talking to. And honestly, just to show up and be my best self no matter what the job is. Those early jobs definitely boosted my EQ in ways I didn't realize until years later. Drop your first job below and what it taught you.👇 And let's make this fun; scroll through the comments and find a few people who had the same job as you, or learned something similar, or maybe just a few interesting stories that resonates with you. 🫂

@Iris Ocariza Yes! “Honesty is the best policy” and real life means we cannot be at our peak every single day. Raising our lowest standards raises our highest potential. A lot of character and lessons happen in these jobs we’ve done as a young person. 😊

@Iris Ocariza A lot of mindset reading! It’s really just the sum of averages if you look at highs and lows.
