What’s good Earth fam!! I really want every single one of you to be successful with the programs we offer here and I understand that a lot of you could benefit from more support on a consistent basis. In response to this, we are implementing the… Accountability Challenge! The Accountability Challenge is where you can level up in your business by supporting and growing with the community and your own accountability partner. This is optional and I want to hear in the comments who wants to be included. This is going to be a massive value to you and doesn’t have to be intimidating. We are all at different levels of the programs and ALL have different insights we can share with one another whether that is between a Gen-Zer and a Millennial or a yoga instructor and a funded trader. We can all learn from one another and CLIMB as a team! How will this work? Lauren will be joining the Admin team here in the community and take on the role as “Community Relationships Manager”. She will be leading the challenge! She will be holding bi-weekly calls for the Accountability Challenge. She is your main point of contact and will be reporting to me to keep me informed of how to best support you all as my role and responsibilities increases as well. Justice and Jonathan will also be rotating support with weekly calls on Thursdays for you to come jam together and get support with your business, personal life, and to have fun together! This info in regards to the flow for each of the 7 days, is not finalized but a ballpark of what we will be focusing on. Each day will have a set schedule and plan, but the later half of each day will have no agenda, leaving plenty of room for free flows and natural conversations and deep dives to take place. We'll also be doing some exploring of the surrounding places and during all the different activities we do, Martin will be recording and capturing awesome photos and videos of you for you to use for your brand and content. If you prefer not to be recorded as much, this is also all good. This time of year is also blueberry season, so thinking to pick some blueberries. Mushrooms will also be growing, but we won't be eating any. This will be a completely sober retreat. No alcohol or substances, except coffee. Norway has incredible coffee!! ---- THE GOAL ----- The goal of the retreat is to completely change your state. To change your life, you need to change your state. When you're in the right head-space and heart-space, you'll take the right actions. This retreat is designed to anchor in that next evolution of yourself. Embody the current truest version of yourself, and during the retreat, start taking action from this new self. The way this retreat will be different from other retreats is that you will not pause your business or brand's progression. We'll be moving forward and making progress on this, while at the same time diving deep within ourselves and working on the shadow aspects. There is no reason we cannot do both, for they both co-exist. I am planning to host an in person retreat in Norway end of August (last week) for those interested in going deeper on this journey of personal branding, content creation, stepping into your creative and expressive power and working with the shadow aspects that holds us back in life. This will be a very small and intimate experience. Max 7-8 people plus my team. We’ll be at my family cabin in the mountains. It’s spacious but not massive hence the capacity cap. I am yet to plan out the exact flow, wanted to throw out a feeler her first before finalizing everything. Some things I would love to do would be to do a deep dive with everyone in their business / creator journey and identify blocks and overcome them. Hotseat type beat. We’ll have a videographer on set to take amazing photos for your brands and record epic b-roll content. Everyone will also have an opportunity to shoot professional videos with the videographer with me as your director when recording, ensuring you cook bangers. We also have a sauna at the cabin, a river close by for cold plunges. Thinking to do a mountain hike (nothing crazy), and sleeping outside in hammocks. Deep dive convos around the fireplace. Maybe a 36hr fast for those down. We’ll dig into journaling and my framework for this as it’s been an incredible tool for personal growth and content creation for me. Amazing dinners, tons of fun, deep dive conversations and more awesome activities to help you step into deeper embodiment with your soul and true path. Essentially the goal is to activate the fuck out of your true power. Further align you with your souls blueprint by overcoming your shadows, bringing in an elite level of clarity in your life and business. I’m writing this in the airport as I am flying home from the Netherlands after an incredible retreat with some incredible people. I’m buzzing. Genuinely I feel unstoppable. Life force pumping through my veins. I’ve been doing shit online for almost a decade and been feeling this call to take shit in person now, as it is these experiences that have been most profound in my journey of becoming legendary.
