If running your wholesaling business with an LLC do you have one in each States you wholesale from or do you just use the same LLC for all areas that you wholesale out of? I have been given conflicting info so curious what others are doing.

Can anyone tell me what’s going on in Washington State? It seems like they’re doing the same thing as South Carolina, but maybe I’m misunderstanding something. Anyone here do business in Washington and can share some insight?

I think my outbound numbers on XLeads are getting flagged as spam or “scam likely.” I’ve had four scheduled appointments in a row where people just wouldn’t answer, even though they had confirmed the time. Is anyone else running into this?
