Reminders help but they don’t always create commitment I do this full time for a team booking 800+ calls a month and the biggest difference is personally contacting people after they book, ideally by phone, and getting a clear yes that they’ll attend I’d also track why people aren’t showing because it could be the confirmation process, lead quality or how the call is positioned during the triage How many calls are you booking a month and what’s the current show rate?

@Dalle M Got you. Is that 10–15 booked calls a week or a month? And roughly how many are actually showing up right now? If the numbers are still new, I’d track booked calls, confirmed calls and attended calls separately for a couple of weeks. That’ll tell you whether the gap is people not committing after they book or something earlier in the process.
