What was the biggest obstacle you faced as beginners in this business?

My name is Claude. I live in Houston Texas. I'm totally new to dispatching and I'm hoping to create a business that allows me to escape the 9 to 5 grind, or at least grind for myself instead of trading my time for a fraction of my worth every day. If I could generate $5k a month out of the gate I will never look back. After that I know that I could scale up to much bigger numbers. I'm excited to get started! Let's goooo! 💪🏿 What I want from this community: 1. Learn how to run effective Facebook ads. 2. Learn how to become an indispensable asset to the carriers I recruit 3. Meet great people and make new friends and learn from others experience What I do for fun: 1. Binge watching TV shows on Prime 2. Hang out with my dog at the dog park 3. Having meaningful conversations with like minded people I have a question for the community. In your honest opinion do you think it's possible for me to start a dispatching business while working a regular job? My schedule is 12-9 PM Central time. Your feedback is appreciated
