Here's a breakdown of key actionable takeaways that can be implemented to grow your community, increase sales, and strengthen engagement: 1. Focused Community Development Strategy Use Free Classroom as a Preview: Offer a free or low-ticket classroom that mimics your paid version. This allows prospects to experience the value before upgrading. Build Around Clear Topics: Choose a specific and underserved niche, like authentic self-improvement, to stand out on Skool. 2. Testimonial Strategy Actively Request Testimonials: After delivering value, ask directly for testimonials especially if you've over-delivered. Provide Testimonial Examples: Share samples with clients so they understand how to give compelling, results-focused feedback. Use Video Testimonials as VSLs: Powerful testimonials can replace or enhance traditional sales copy. 3. Strategic Alliances & Consulting Offers Offer Consulting Within the Skool Classroom: Don’t limit your Skool to just courses sell digital products and consulting inside. Use Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with others who can refer you high-ticket clients. Think “B.A.N.T.” (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) when qualifying. 4. Organic Traffic Sources Top Sources Identified: Skool DMs (personalized outreach) YouTube content (even basic videos boost visibility) LinkedIn (focus on networking more than just posting) Warm market (previous contacts and clients) Reddit: Use with caution due to strict rules, but can work over time. 5. One Platform at a Time Master One Channel First: Use the “fill one cup” method—dominate one platform (like Skool or LinkedIn) before diversifying. 6. Understand Where Prospects Are At Discovery First: Don’t sell blindly. Always diagnose the current state of a lead before offering anything. Simplify Their Focus: Help clients narrow their business ideas to one clear goal instead of multiple scattered effort 7. Use a Value Stack Low, Mid, and High Ticket Offers: Structure your offer like ClickFunnels’ Value Ladder—start with a small win and lead people upward.
Local vs Global Growth Channels: Which Path Should You Choose? 🚀

Key Channels: Local SEO, community events, word of mouth. Global Growth 🌍 - Larger Market: Access millions of new customers. - Economies of Scale: Lower costs as you grow. - Global Brand Authority: Establish your business worldwide. Key Channels: International SEO, global partnerships, social media targeting. Which Is Right for You? Start local to minimize risk, then expand globally as your brand grows. 🏮- Skool as a Social Connection Type?
——🚩 The 2022 Meta-Gallup survey has been the report of interest this month. https://www.gallup.com/file/analytics/513347/Gallup-Meta-Global%20State%20of%20Social%20Connections%20Report-2023.pdf One of the Questions in the report takes a look at “Social Connection Type and Frequency of Interactions”. I began using Skool & LinkedIn a bit more this year and one of the things that impressed me about both platforms are the weekly analytics reports. I see LinkedIn as a useful platform to introduce people to Skool. Both platforms provide useful feedback about post effectiveness and impact of connection across several demographics. It makes me wonder how other social media platforms classify as a type of connection? Here’s to good health, deep and meaningful relationships and an improved Quality of Life…
