The decision to follow another person’s perspective belongs to us though the thought itself does not. So why would I adopt someone else’s internal perception when I have my own to follow? Every country, every person, operates at their own level of frequency. Being a leader is purely about operating from my own perception even when no one else sees it. That is the authenticity of choice. The hard part is choosing, every day, to stand in that perception. That is a true leader: someone who brings their own authentic language into the world. Being early is not being wrong. It is simply being new to the world and that can create discomfort. But that discomfort is part of the beauty. It is what allows something new to emerge. So keep moving, step by step, bringing it into this world.
