Qxf8+, and after recapturing with any bishop or knight, I play Rxf8+. Once you recapture with a bishop or knight, Rg8 is checkmate.

Personally, I prefer Queens Gambit or the bishop's opening. The Queen's Gambit is part of the most legendary of the most legendary, probably only second to my favorite opening, the Ruy Lopez. The Bishop's Opening is pretty cool too, and you can sometimes transpose into an Italian.
