In the past, I was an executive sous chef aiming for an executive chef role, but I realized that lifestyle demanded extremely long hours, unpredictable schedules, and left no room for a healthy work-life balance. I decided to step back, take a position with fewer managerial responsibilities, and focus on building a new path—creating high-quality cooking content that everyday people can use at home. I firmly believe the best restaurant will always be your own home. My goal is to dedicate myself fully to content creation, collaborate with kitchenware and ingredient brands, produce engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, and create longer, more in-depth videos for YouTube.
