Welcome to The Equity Guild — Start Here
This is a space for hungry professionals and entrepreneurs across all industries to hang out, swap ideas, and sharpen each other. The common ground? We don’t do fluff here. We’re focused on applying mathematical truths — like the Water Wheel Principle — to become more effective in whatever path we’re on. Whether you’re building your own business or leveling up inside a company, the goal is the same: use proven principles to win bigger in life and work. This community is about connection, conversation, and collaboration. Bring your experiences, your challenges, your questions — and expect to get real feedback and perspective from others walking the same road. 👉 To kick things off, drop a quick comment sharing: - Your industry (Finance, SaaS, Construction, etc.) - Your most valuable source of learning up to now (on-the-job, university, family business, books, podcast, etc.) - The goal you’re chasing right now (if you’ve got one) That way we know who’s in the room and can start building real connections. Here, you’ll find people like you, who actually get it. Happy scaling, Isaiah

I'll go first, 1. My current industry for 9-5 is automotive sales (I work at a local dealership), but I worked in Finance (M&A sales) for 2.5 years in college. Plus, surprise, I am starting this online business on Skool :D 2. My most valuable source of learning for business has definitely been Alex Hormozi's podcast, 'The Game.' I have been listening ever since November 2021 when I discovered him as a guest on "The Ken Coleman Show' which is a careers podcast as part of the Ramsey Solutions Network. (Big fan of Dave Ramsey here) 3. Right now I am trying to hit $120k gross at my 9-5 while continuing to sharpen my business acumen through this community. Down the road I plan to move fully online when I can provide enough value to help scale businesses for a living, probably through a consulting relationship (as opposed to investor).

@Roger Platonov The Richest Man from Babylon is one of the rare mainstream business/personal growth books I have yet to read, but it is on the list! Love your goals, obviously we are on a very similar path here and that is the point. Bringing people like ourselves together. Thanks for sharing :D
Random question:
After achieving financial freedom where would you love to have an additional house (outside of your current country) and why?

I have many, but perhaps number one would be in the Italian countryside. I want a villa, preferably near the water, on a property from which I can inherit the title of "Count." Always a dream after reading "The Count of Monte Cristo."

@Roger Platonov This sounds fantastic 👌
This is where fun happens:
I often fall into the trap of taking life way too seriously. This category is not for that. Let off some steam while we save the world 😎 Who is your favorite actor or actress? Comment below with a GIF of them: (Mine is the goat of real stunts: Tom Cruise)

@Roger Platonov One I still have yet to watch, but I will eventually. (I'm behind on my American culture, just watched Inglourious Basterds for the first time last night 😂)

I am sending this message out to everyone via DM, but if someone misses it... please send them here! Hey fam 👋 Module 1: Mark I is LIVE! Thank you so much for being here while I’ve been building & fine-tuning this community. Couldn’t do it without my OG crew 🙏 Because you’ve stuck with me, you’ll either be grandfathered in completely or get exclusive first access to what will eventually be $249/mo (you’re welcome 😅). In return, all I ask: head into Classroom → Module 1, take a deep dive, and then drop comments, likes, questions, and results in their respective categories. Your feedback helps me sharpen this for you and for everyone scaling their business. Much love & appreciation, Isaiah

This category is here for you to show your work, track progress, and celebrate wins. Here’s why posting matters: - 📣 Visibility → Others (and I) can review your work and give feedback. - 💪 Momentum → Hitting “publish” on a completed assignment is a milestone in itself. - 🤝 Accountability → Sharing progress keeps you moving forward. - 🚀 Inspiration → Your posts can spark ideas and push others to level up. Whether it’s a diagnostic worksheet, an experiment test, or an offer audit—drop it here once it’s done. Don’t wait for perfect; progress beats polish. Every post you make in this category is a step closer to your goals. Let’s keep stacking wins. Happy scaling, Isaiah
