Anyone able to help me out with like underlining what I should be doing to get out of plat.. watched the vids, understand the backpost and that stuff.. possibly any Training routines or maps they use to increase accuracy in shots as well as like hitting awkward shots that people typically wiff? appreciate any insight!

So I’m a gold and I can’t get out. I can wave dash and wall dash and almost hit a speed flip and air dribble. I’m gold 1 in 1s but silver 2 in 2s because I keep getting horrible teammates, that bumped me every time I have possession of the ball! Is there any like diamond or champ that would be willing to help me with this stuff?
