I just made a workout schedule/routine for tmr Wednesday until next Wednesday and i actually start my diet on that day this Wednesday ill keep writing here to let you guys know my progress

@Ajani Burgess both like about a hour or two at the gym with weights and at home with calisthenics pushups situps etc and footwork outside in the backyard.

My name is Isaiah tmr i start my fitness journey my overall goal is to lose fat and build muscle. What i am going to try tmr is the 3 day military diet and working out. Any tips or suggestions or anything will be helpful.
