I need your help guys
I have been editing videos for eco brands for the past 1 year. I feel as if I dont have a balance over how much I make per month, I have 4 clients and some months there is a lot to do, other nothing at all. This makes my incom go up and down and many times make me feel disapointed at myself, my work and just question if I should just quit it all. I don't feel like I get paid enough money and keep it stable to where I can even sustain myself from it. What could I do in order to somehow make better money and somehow feel as if I give them good services.

Yo wasp guys. I’m Isac a 20-year-old Video Editor/Creative Strategist from Sweden. The reason I joined is that I want to get guidance on how to get clients to work with and stop getting paid by the hour and instead by the project. I have a background in Skool and building communities like this and I am familiar with how it all works. My goal is to make around 5000$/ month consistently, (after taxes). I specialize in doing both video AD and Static AD creatives I have worked for a company in Sweden for the past 4 months but have been editing videos since I was 16 with good results and a couple of winning ADS for the company I work for.
