Volleyball Bio
I have been playing club for 3 years, and am pretty tall for my age, but my vertical jump isnโ€™t very good. I was introduced to the sport by my dad.

If you want to improve your vertical jump there are a lot of YouTube videos out there to help. But the main exercises you could do are: 3X5 stepping off a block or step and jumping straight up; 3X5 squat jumps as high as you can; and 3X10 jumps from one leg to the other (left to right as far and high as you can) hope this helped!
How do I set backwards?
I've been playing volleyball for around 2 years now and I'm the setter in my team. They rely on me to get good sets but the best hitters usually end up behind me or in a position that I can't set forwards. What are some drills I can do to get a good backwards set?

I've heard that it's worse to arch when setting backwards but I don't know why? Is it true?
Insoles
Hi guys, does anybody use any special insoles or are you using your shoes like they are?

There are lots of things you could do. For example, if you've seen those insoles on TikTok that help you jump higher then you might want those but you could also get shoes specific for volleyball that help with your balance and bounce. You could also just wear you normal trainers but if you're playing at a higher level then I suggest getting volleyball shoes.
